Dear Friend,

December already! A time for being grateful, for giving, and for looking ahead.

2005 has brought me many wonderful memories:

• an attorney emailing me to let me know that his whole family is benefiting from OASIS: his wife, who just gave birth to their second child, his mother and mother-in-law, and especially himself (see his quote at right)
• three generations of professionals at the Center for Family Business outlining the challenges in their lives and businesses, and sharing ways of managing them
• friends and family celebrating with me, and the OASIS "creators" meeting each other for the first time (see photo at right)
• managers at SARAH Tuxis taking their breathing stones with them, then teaching their clients how to do the 1 Stone strategy
• seniors from Evergreen Woods jumping right into the 4-D Stretch and the 3-Breath-Countdown
• dads and moms meeting with me to give me their ideas for the upcoming OASIS for Busy Parents
• a phone call from Senior V-P of Sales,Tom Campbell: "I keep OASIS next to me wherever I'm driving - and I drive a lot. It reminds me to take it easy and not get so agitated."
• folks at WTNH-TV, WLIU, WQUN, WICC who swapped stories with me about stress and how to find oases in the midst of business

And, just this week, a surprise from the other side of the world: a lengthy review of OASIS in The Hindu Business Line, a newspaper circulated worldwide online and in print. D. Murali writes: "What a whiff of fresh air…OASIS comes as 'a clear stream of reason' in 'the dreary desert sand of dead habit,' as in Rabindranath Tagore's Gitanjali."
