"I have been meaning to write to you for a while and let you know that I have introduced your work to a number
of my executive clients - I have had whole rooms doing 4-D. I have told your story and had people close to tears -
so many thanks for taking the time to write your book and share your wisdom with the world." Dawn Robertson, Strategic Change Resources

Peter Clayton of Total Picture Radio
interviews Millie Grenough at the North American NeuroLeadership Summit totalpicture.com neuroleadership.org It's 7:30 in the morning. I'm sitting in a conference room at the Millennium Hotel in New York City. It's the second day of the NeuroLeadership Summit. Someone has a ribbon attached to their name tag which reads "My Brain Hurts." That's a good description for how I feel. The session "Guided Group Attention Exercise" is lead by Millie Grenough, an Executive Coach and Clinical Instructor in Social Work of Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine. I'm holding a small stone from a "take one please" bowl at the entrance. Well, "this is new," I'm thinking to myself. Millie is standing in front of the group, the projector is not working, no PowerPoint. She is totally, I mean totally, unfazed by this information. Millie is a former Catholic nun who became a nightclub singer. She is the calmest person I've ever seen in New York. Like one of those TV yoga instructors. Her book is titled OASIS in the Overwhelm 60-second strategies for balance in a busy world. It's election day here in the U.S. Take a deep breath; have a listen to Millie, and learn why I still have the stone from Millie's early morning workshop. FREE
